Frank Foster was a superhero watching over the citizens of New York City. Under the guise of "The Night Panther", he protected the city from evil. But when he gets captured and subsequently injured by his arch-enemy The Warlock, his girlfriend Samantha Lucas decides that in order to keep the city safe, it would always need a hero watching over it. She takes over Frank's superhero persona and becomes the new Night Panther, protecting the city from danger just as her boyfriend had. This is the story of her origin, her experiences, and her rise to becoming the most famous and feared hero in the city.
