He's back to take over the clinic but when he sees Orihime after so long, his hidden feelings for her begin to come to light. In this one we see another 13 Court Guard Squads who handle the Americas. One afternoon at Berchwood High School, a young boy named Kenji Kaiba encountered a hollow for the first time. He fought it bravely as it attempted to devour his friends. Then the moment before it was all over for his friends, a Soul Reaper named Inari Himura appeared and was able to distract the hollow for a time. She too was pushed to the point of losing, then in a moment of desperation Kenji agreed to the transfer of Soul Reaper powers and saved his friends. Then as their time together went along, Inari was located and forced to return to the Soul Society for her transgressions. Kenji and his allies then dedicated themselves to saving Inari, but as their mission progresses an even more diabolical plot began to surface. Out of nowhere the true masterminds of the diabolical plot surfaced a brand new threat appeared and Kenji and his new and old allies now put everything on the line to protect the world and the Soul King
