"Louise! Mag-ayos ka na. Dadating na yung mama't papa mo. Nako lagot tayo pag hindi ka pa nakaayos."

Walang ganang tumayo ako at nag-ayos ng mga gamit ko. I hate it.

"Wala akong gana, ya."

Walang ganang sagot ko kay yaya. I want to escape. I want to have my freedom. I don't want to be married with someone I don't love. Hindi na nagsalita si Yaya. Nagbuntong hininga siya at umalis. Mas anak pa akong ituring ni Yaya kaysa sa Mama ko eh. 

Kinuha ko ang phone ko at dinial ang number niya. Ilang minuto din ang lumipas bago niya sagutin.

"Yes, baby?"

Ugh. His voice. It gives me shiver kahit araw-araw at halos oras-oras ko na naririnig. And oh! No. He's not my boyfriend. He is my best friend. And yes, I love my best friend.

"Baby mo mukha mo. Busy ka? Tara gala, please?"

He chuckled. God. I'm falling.

"Ayaw mo mameet si Kuya? Diba ipapakilala kayo sa isa't isa."

Yes. Kuya ng best friend ko na mahal ko ang kailangan kong pakasalan.  How ironic. Buti sana kung siya.
