The earth is almost completely desolate, as people trick and murder each other to get what they want. The only thing left that gives a semblance of dreams is: a power that gives control over earth to anyone who touches the item. People form teams to attempt finding the thing, to destroy all life they see as unnecessary, they further trick and murder each other to get what they want, including the thing... The brain is divided into three parts- the brain stem controls many body functions like breathing, heart rate, etc. The cerebellum coordinates balance, muscle movements, and posture.
