No one knows that Dorothy came back to the land of Oz and went power crazy after getting a taste of real magic.
Dorothy became a horrible tyrant in the land of Oz.
Everything was fine until one day a tornado brought a little Tennessee girl named Tanner Montgomery.
Tanner is immediately attracted to Dorothy, who doesn't wear the signature dress anymore, but one that shows a lot more skin.
Dorothy doesn't know how to react to this kind of attention, and she likes it so she hides her evil deeds to Oz from the Southern girl.
