After Juliet dies from cancer at sixteen years old, she finds that her afterlife is anything but ordinary. She finds herself in another form of living, in another life. She occupies the body of an anorexic fourteen year old girl named Delilah. She realizes that she can communicate with Delilah in her head, and that she has parts and personality traits of herself, and of Delilah. When Delilah's Anorexia completely ravages her body, Juliet must pull all of her strength and all the knowledge of the worth of life that she gained while undergoing chemotherapy to stop Delilah from losing her battle.
