Kichirou Is a 16 year old neko, a half human half cat. Most people know of nekos as only fake creatures, but few knew that nekos are real! Kichirou Just moved from Japan to America to excape possible slavery and the people who want to buy him, unlike most nekos, he can control his kitty instincts, mostly that is sometimes not. 
He soon finds a school with a dress code that will help hide his furry tail and ears, but when he starts getting bullied he starts to slowly hate humans, will it get worse when someone discovers he is a neko? Or will they show him that not all humans are bad, and don't just think of him as a cat?

No. M/n after a stressful day on his school just wanted to lay down on his bed while sipping on his hot chocolate as he watched the rain poured down on his window. But when a male neko around his age knocked on his door drenched in rain, shivering and bruised, he just need the urge to cry why things keep happening and when it happens it just need to bother him.
