After a few weeks of the death of Toxic's friends, she was in depression but Flowey was able to cheer her up. They went to the graveyard and met Papyrus and Sans, she had fun with them but didn't now if she'd ever see them both again. As Flowey was alone with Toxic in the house, he waned to play with her, and it's not the kind of play you were thinking. It is THAT kind of play, where he wants to toy with her and all of that.
