Spencer is also never happy she is never satisfied with her grades she has always wanted to be perfect but never was. Toby Cavanaugh was accused for blinding his stepsister Jenna Marshall. Before the incident Jenna would push Toby to do things that were not right for them but Jenna would just say, “ it’s okay Toby we’re only step siblings, we’re not blood.” Toby couldn’t do anything about it because Jenna was blackmailing him and she said that if he told anyone it would be oh-so easy to tell his daddy that he was coming onto her.
