"The only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it. Resist it, and your soul grows sick with longing for the things it has forbidden to itself. " - Oscar Wilde

In just two weeks, Rose's whole life has changed. Her father, the Alpha of her pack, has arranged her marriage to secure alliances for their pack. She's forced to leave her brother, best friend and job, to move across the country. Her new husband seems to be trying to make their marriage work, and make Rose feel at home. She's struggling to fit in with her new pack, renovate her new home, make friends and build a new life. As if that wasn't enough to deal with, fate decides to kick her while she's down, and puts a very sexy, very distracting wolf in her path. A wolf who is not her husband. Will she be able to resist temptation, and settle into a normal quiet life with her husband? The life her father mapped out for her... Or will she throw caution to the wind, follow her heart, and see where temptation leads her? Here's a hint: Rose's decision will lead her to a life she never wanted, a life she never could have imagined, yet was destined for, as long as she can stay alive long enough to live it.

THIS BOOK IS COMPLETED but it will be HEAVILY EDITED and have things added to it in the future. I wrote this book when I was much younger. I didn't expect it to reach this amount of popularity so I will devote my time to bettering it in the future. ------------------ Every year, in our village and the neighbouring villages, we encounter, on what is suppose to be the most divine and celebrated day of the year, a visit from the 'big bad wolf'. At least that's what the children call him. Adults like to call him "inhuman" or a "wild ravenous monster". However, the majority settle for "beast". No one knows why he ruins this specific day for us, the day we can celebrate our species: werewolves. Some despise him for taking this day from us and forcefully exchanging our merry and joyful laughs to screams of fear. When that specific day of the year approaches us, none of us are ever prepared for it. He always comes at night. We are told to lock our windows, draw our curtains and our doors. We are told to hide. There's one main rule that we have: don't look at him. Because if you do, no one knows what'll happen to you. Maybe that's the worse part, not knowing your fate. Not knowing the outcome of your foolish actions. If he comes roaming your streets, you have a right to be scared. Us "maidens" are always encouraged to hide ourselves the most, it's women that he supposedly wants more. However, I believe that that is a cautionary excuse. He'll take you, no matter how old or how young, no matter how innocent or how corrupt, no matter your gender, all it takes is a look. Either he looks at you, or you look at him, or you both exchange looks. Either way, his senses will pick you up, and you can't hide. It'll be too late. The amazing cover is by @-blackrogue. The amazing aesthetics in this book are by @mackreadsbooks24 Highest Rankings: 1st in #werewolflove 1st in #fierce 1st in #defiant 1st in #feminism 1st in #monster + many others
