Ever since Cassie Johnson was a little girl her life has been mapped out for her. Her mother had every detail about her life planned. She would marry a good, wealthy man, she would become a successful lawyer, and one day she would be a Debutante . The only problem with this plan? Cassie wanted nothing more than to travel the world of her own free will, exploring the tropical rain forests, traipsing through the African Plains, and most of all, Scuba Diving in the great barrier reef. But, as fate would have it, Cassie spent the first seventeen years of her life in the same small town of Georgia, doing the same old boring routine everyday. Who could blame her for looking for an escape? The one thing Cassie's mom has no control of, is the small cliff Cassie visits almost every other day. As Cassie struggles through the difficulties of growing up, maybe, just maybe, she'll finally understand the true meaning behind happiness, and love.
