Drew Woolnough is twenty years old though some days, he can't even remember who he is, or rather, who he was, let alone how old he is. Barely able to take care of himself, due to the fact that on bad days, he couldn't even remember what he was supposed to be doing, he lives in the hospital, under close watch and constant care. Kier Kemp is a student doctor and one day hopes to get his full degree and become a full time doctor, as he loves helping people. During his second year of university, he was given an apprenticeship at the local hospital. As kier goes around the hospital, enjoying every minute of it, he finds himself growing increasingly curious about the young, blond haired boy, who sat alone in his room, too scared to leave yet too lonely to stay. Kier doesn't know why Drew is there, as it's classified information, and after a while, he decides to talk to the young boy and try figure out what happened to him. The boys strike an instant friendship, yet when kier visits the next day, he is utterly bewildered when Drew doesn't even recognise him. Even for trainee doctors, falling in love with a patient is against the rules yet slowly, kier finds himself falling in love with Drew.
