Than Jake looked at himself and he saw that his legs were very tiny, and than he saw himself and he was a baby. So than right after that he woke up and he started realizing that he can transfer his consciousness into the past over time. Maybe the future! He soon finds a mysterious person that keeps giving messages to Jake, but Jake keeps thinking he's just seeing stuff. But what if he isn't?
