Anastasyia is a Russian immigrant going to school in America. Despite a lack of English vocabulary, she still manages to insult the one and only Alfred F. Jones, after throwing a rock at his head of course. Frustrated by her inability to communicate with them, Alfred rushes her off to a world conference where his dear 'friend' Ivan can translate. Things begin to change for the nations when their new acquaintance proves to be hiding something very important.
