Rufus was just an ordinary dog and 
Manney's best friend.But when a mysterious magical amelut was found 
in the water in the park,Rufus wears it.

 But during the night Manney made a wish that Rufus could actually hang out with him and go to school with him.

With Manneys luck and that the neckles was magical Manney's wish came true and Rufus became a human.

Now that Rufus was a human Rufus could become a dog and a human.
