Threshold - Severus Snape
I'm doing a little rewrite of this story. As much as I enjoy this story, some parts didn't sit well with me as originally written, so I'm doing some changes. I apologize for any inconsistencies in the interim. Enjoy.
Professor Severus Snape Romance (mature) and Hogwarts adventure. What if JK Rowling's story of a School of witches and wizards was her first hand account from her own experience in the Ether Realm? Now it's my turn to take my place in that realm... which is one of many different realms accessible through the Threshold. I was chosen for a reason... one of the relatively few to be selected to cross into the Hogwarts Realm. I could live a whole life there, and then return as if nothing happened, at least it would seem to those in my reality. The challenge??? If it's real, then my mission isn't one to be taken lightly, as there are only a limited number of Occasions, and they are real to the Etherworlders... as real as our own reality. How can I let them down knowing that? How can I let 'him' down? He would only have so many chances at a happy ending... and I am bound and determined to be the one who makes that happen. Or maybe I'm just an optimist. What if Professor Snape doesn't even notice me? That doesn't matter. I will still try to save his life. Even if it breaks my heart.
This is just a fun take on a fantasy. I haven't actually fantasized this, yet, so I'm just writing it as I do so:). There may even be a 'guest star', but I don't want to give it away too soon:). I do not own the rights to Harry Potter and its characters. JK Rowling is not a true part of this story, and I include her as a character of this fantasy world. Alan Rickman as well. Although I do appreciate each of these people tremendously. I'm not sure of the direction of this story, but I will warn you that it will probably have some smut. I've written a couple HP fan fics that are more in a novel format, so check those out if you are looking for a longer novel type story.
