(summary) A stranded spartan demolition team races the covenant, and the forerunners for a powerful secret. Their mission was to find a lost ONI corvette, and wipe its data, and remove all traces of the ship, but when they are attacked by Kig- Yar pirates, they crash land on a unreal planet, huge trees and plants cover the land, many recently destroyed covenant ships can be seen in the area, but where are the bodies?
Spartans never die, their just missing in action...

The Invaders Must Die
By the year 2015 humans have developed practical means of interstellar travel, but as they expand further out into the Milky Way, they disturb a previously unknown race of alien beings. Very shortly after the USAs United National Space Command [UNSC] discovers their exsitence, the aliens, known as Ecarians, send several scouting parties out to find the humans planet. One of the scouting parties lands outside of Des Plaines, Illinois which has a heavy population of supernaturals. One of them, a Sergeant from the local SWAT team by the name of Zuton Cruton, befriends one of the aliens, Zorra.
