This is a story about Robin Hoods daughter. I originally wanted to do a Robin Hood re-telling, but I couldn't think of a plot.

    Emmalina has been an orphan since she was twelve. Her mother had died from the fever and her father had left on a crusade when she was three. She kept her family a secret from everyone she met, not wanting to think about it. She lived as a ward in the castle, helping the maids and the stable hands as much as she could. Work kept her mind off her past. The only true friends she had were 19 year old Callum McClain and Dax, her black-footed ferret. She had a sickness that grew in her for years and she never told anyone. It grew worse over the years and one day, her mind brings an old enemy of her family down upon her.
