Sam Tiller is a troubled boy with a dysfunctional life. Expelled from school a few days before he turned sixteen, he decided not to continue with education.

That didn't mean he got any better. His violence continued up until his parents stepped in. Sam now finds himself being shipped off to some military reform school, where everything is even worse than it was at home. Life is looking really crap for him, and he's pretty much willing to accept that.

Until he finds the diary. Just an old book with blank paper...or is it?

A mystical book buried in the mud may just turn out to be exactly what Sam needed to get himself back on track.
