-The fisherman grabs a fistful of my hair and hauls me up and out of the tossing waves. Water and air swills in my lungs as I'm pulled aboard the tiny fishing boat.
"In Gods name! Tess fetch the first aid kit!" Yelled the fisherman.
I try to push up with my forearms, but they give out. Blood pools and congeals on my shoulder and soaks the white deck. I look up, and twenty meters from the boat, is Dan's longship. The mast is splintered and fire ravages the prow. Men scream as the Ulv rears up in the water and slowly sinks, trapping the men aboard and drowning them.
Just before I pass out from blood loss, I see the fire winking out into the water and a man screaming a garbled version of my name.
"CERYS!"-

In order to exact revenge on the Viking rogue who killed her husband to be, Cerys stops at nothing to get what she wants.

Ripped from her time to a world that is far from easy, she must decipher friends from foes and lovers from liars.

When Alistair Melek gave his life to the sea, a various degree of things changed. For starters, his love for bloodshed was exemplified. Bolder. He was drawn to the clash of a sword, blood spiling below to floorboards, like a moth drawn to a flame. And this love was damned to spread through his crew as some treacherous disease, claiming any and all who joined. But he knew this was the price he'd pay. The price for the sea itself. So when his crew completes another standard loot and pillage from a merchant ship, he allows his men a bit of fun. He liked to give them an audience, rounding up those who didn't fall victim to the blade during battle, and forcing them to beg for their lives. To prove how much they really wanted to live. Alistair had ruled the sea for some years now. Killed thousands, maybe tens of thousands. Destroyed hundreds, maybe thousands of vessels. And yet, each feeble human was all the same. There was not one man he threatened that didn't beg for their lives with all they had in them when faced with the wrong end of the sword. Each feeble human was always the same. Or so he thought. And yet, he also thought that this would be one standard job. A treat for his men after a night of good work. But this particular survivor, the one with long white hair and dead looking eyes... He wasn't a merchant. He couldn't have been. More important, there was no hesitancy when Alistair asked the fairly built man whether he wanted to live, and the man replied with a simple no.

"I walked over to where Aaron was sitting on the ground, kneeling so that I was face-to-face with him. He was wearing a blank expression on his face so I guess he didn't really care if I kissed him or not. I took in a deep breath before taking his face in both of my hands and swooping down to kiss him. At first, I was so nervous I didn't realize that we were already kissing but after a few moments, I realized how soft his lips felt on my own. Before I can register it I felt him moving against me. I would have gotten off of him but I realize that he wasn't moving to get away from me. No, He was moving his lips against mine." °°°°° Aiden Moore isn't extraordinary. He has average looks, he is OK with sports, and his only strong point is that he is smart (although that doesn't mean much to his fellow classmates). And, of course, his virgin ass has never had a girlfriend, let alone a crush. It seemed as if he would never find someone. That was until he met her, Scarlett Hale. She was the most beautiful girl you will ever meet. Kind, sweet, and one of the few people with a higher GPA then him, she was amazing and Aiden imagined that she would be all his. Once Aiden gets rid of her boyfriend, Aaron Tyler. The most annoying guy you will ever meet, Aiden gags just thinking about him. The man is smoking hot and makes Aiden's dreams of getting the girl to seem very impossible. So what would happen if Aiden gets involved with the wrong person? Will Aiden get the girl? Will he fall short? Or will he fall into the arms of a guy who is in love with the girl he loves? _______________________________________ WARNING: First book EVER! The best part about this book is that it has some funny bits and introduces you to characters I use for a while. This story is being republished on wattpad! The whole series in already on Amazon and Smashwords! Enjoy :D A chain and a collar can imprison a nobleman, but what could entrap a devil? Only the innocence of a fallen angel. Once upon a time, there was a very respectful and principled young man, named Nyx. He was a nobleman in all meanings of the word. He struggled to keep his late father's fishing business alive and protect his dear mother and older sister. Between the fishermen's schemes and the selfishness of his stepfather, his task was not an easy burden to carry. One day, the fates threw him into a dangerous predicament, only to find himself being saved by the devil. Agenor (Ah-gueh-nor), Captain of the Martina pirate crew. He was strong and ruthless, which earned him a reputation across both shadowed waters and guarded islands as the 'Devil'. When the young nobleman fell into his hands, Agenor couldn't help but be enchanted by the innocent angel. He was inexplicably drawn to him. He didn't ponder much on his actions, as he was guided by a burning need to keep him for himself. It was within his rights to have the man for himself, to chain him and abuse him. He didn't listen to Nyx's pleas, or couldn't. He repeatedly denied him any chance of freedom. For deep within him, he knew. Nyx was his. This story depicts Nyx's adventure as he struggles to live among pirates, avoid their bullying and harassment, and witness his own feelings take unexpected turns towards his captor. I hope you enjoy the sexy pirates and the innocent lamb caught in between. Themes and warnings: This story is +18 Expect adult themes and graphic content.
