She brought two fingers to her chapped, pale lips, she could almost feel them crumble against her bone like fingers. 

She slipped her fingers in and within seconds, her dinner erupted from her lips, like an active volcano. It splattered on the inside of the bowl, in big chunky pieces and mushy liquid. 

Tears crept at the corner of her eye,she coughed and wiped her mouth with the back of her palm, "Just a few more pounds..."
