14 year old Carter Dawson a new sophomore at Woodside High School has a not so happy life. His dad walked out on his mom and him, he an his mom had to keep moving because Carter was getting bullied, and has basically no friends other than Alex Winters because of his sexuality.
He runs into someone that is unexpectedly not so different. Will this end up in more bullying , a new friendship, or will it become more than a friendship.
