My Grandma got out of the car and yelled " What the Hell do you think your doing my two Grand-children are in the back seat you could've killed them!" I start to feel a spark of unbearable pain and I start screaming and crying in pain.

The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?"
