Have you ever heard of Moonstone Island?
Yea, probably not.
Thats because Moonstone Island is a society of low-class gems, making it isolated from the Homeworld and Crystal Gems. With no real leader, Moonstone Island is about to be erased from the maps. LITERALLY. Yellow Diamond is threatening to set a miniature version of the Cluster, named the Shaker, to blow the island to bits. Yellow Diamond couldn't risk having another Crystal Gem incident, right?
Well, word spread to Moonstone that Homeworld planned to blow them up. A leader finally had to step up to the plate.
And thats when Onyx emerged from the shadows, literally. She decided that she had been on Moonstone the longest, so she should be leader. The colony argued for months, but finally agreed that Onyx should be leader. Onyx, overwhelmed with power, reinvented herself, naming herself Moonstone and making the unknown island an army of lower gems. But, full power over thousands of gems was not enough for Onyx, or Moonstone, or whatever. She needed more... And thats where our story takes place...

Steven, Homeworld, Danger... Diamonds... Those words don't sound too comforting together, right? Who said this was a comforting story? For Steven and the gems, things finally don't go right. When Steven is separated from Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl during the attempt to retrieve his father from the zoo, he is found, and quickly identified as a rose quartz gem... and not just any, but the rebellion leader's own son. Blue and Yellow Diamond create a master plan to finally eliminate the Crystal Gems, and Steven is the key to doing so. All they have to do is play a game of emotions, and things will soon fall into their hands, due to a very unlikely snitch. Will Steven be able to resist the Diamonds and escape, or will Steven's Universe crumple because of himself? Set in an AU where Pink and The Crystal Gems never existed. Also Futa!Yellow. Characters very OOC. Yellow began to pack up for her visit to her newest colony. A planet called earth. After almost 500 years of fighting, they won and wiped out almost all the lower life forms called the humans. Blue began the colonizing process, but was almost killed. She tried to befriend the humans and have them co-exist together. But they turned on her. Yellow was determined to make them pay. Most humans were killed in battle and used as resources for making fuel and gems. The ones who were smart surrendered to the Diamond authority and were considered lower than a pearl. They were treated worse than the off-colors and rejects. They were slaves. I do not own any of the Characters in the story. The OC is the only one I claim. The rest belong to the great Rebecca Sugar.
