Brooke Adams loves her family to death, even her annoying twenty-one year old brother Ryder. Being three years apart, the two have their fair share of disagreements, but in the end they always have each other's backs. So when Brooke's parents are out of town, Ryder decides to throw a party with a bunch of his college friends, none of whom Brooke has ever met.

When Brooke and her best friend Courtney go to Brooke's place one day after school and a dashing green-eyed black haired boy is sitting on the couch, Brooke is caught off guard. His name is Julian Stone, Ryder's best friend, who's also attending the party.

Brooke tries her best to avoid Julian, who has left a trail of broken hearts in his wake, but he is around the house more and more and it's becoming a challenge to do so.

22 parts Complete

(Rewriting again-New version of Chapter 15 is up!) Cassie Ryder is one of the most popular girls at Greentree High School and is always following around her best friend Jeanette Ashby. She has the 'perfect' boyfriend and she is always making the best grades of her class. What happens if getting good grades, doing makeup, and being popular aren't enough to get by with in life? When Cassie is thinking that everything couldn't get any better with her life, she is forced to take a downward spiral when her English teacher assigns her to work on a project with the least popular kid in the entire school Jae Park. It takes a huge toll on Cassie and everyone begins to wonder what kind of relationship she has with Jae because they are forced to work together in public and in private. Cassie begins to think things can't get worse but her relationship with her boyfriend and her best friend start falling apart. Cassie finds out sometimes things aren't worth the Makeup & Popularity.
