In the span of one week, sixteen-year-old Gabrielle Blake has lost most of her friends and her own will to keep going. Her only friend left, Mick, urges her to explain everything. However, for the whole week to make sense, she has to go all the way back to the summer before her freshman year.
This is the story of how life can change in the span of seven days for a teenage girl. Will everything go back to normal for Gabrielle? Or will she have to play with the cards that life has dealt for her?
