The child population is at an all time low because of the increases of deadly diseases. Gangs start to rise up to use boys and girls for their own personal gain until Amber Stevenson, a 16 year-old girl from Georgia, witnesses her mother get sick and her father get shot in front of her as she is captured by one of the gangs. As romances grow and situations start to evolve, the only question on her mind is can she save the only family she has left?
