These are all things that describe eighteen year old, Brooklin Jamison. She's....different. Really different. Purple hair. Piercings. Eyes drowning in makeup. So different that she's...unwanted. He asks, clueless. "Okay I know that I haven't always been the nicest, and I haven't exactly been there for you but, will you maybe go out with me?"

Jace Becker is a junior in highschool who is tormented daily by his bullies- Sam in particular- simply for being gay. He appears to be a normal teenager, but he has a dark secret that only one other person in the world knows. Living alone, he turns to his passion for art as a way to let his emotions out, but sometimes that proves to not be enough. Sam Larson is a sixteen-year-old closeted gay guy who, after receiving the news of his mother's death, winds up making Jace's life hell as a way of venting his grief. He lives with his twin brother, who is essentially his polar opposite. Sam secretly hates all of his "friends" except for one. Kizuato Larson is Sam's twin brother. Being kind of a recluse, he's a quiet person who is very distant and removed from his sibling. Ever since the twins' dad left when they were seven, Kizuato has been more reserved and less willing to trust people. He hates people who bully others for things that can't be changed- such as sexual orientation or race- especially after having experienced it himself for being asexual/aromantic. These are all my ocs, and if you even DARE to hate on one of them... I won't tolerate it.

When she goes to leave, her mask falls off when she turns around. Nathan picks it up, and runs after her, but it's too late, because she's gone. The next day, Nathan tries to find the girl he danced with the previous night, by asking all the girls at Allenwood if it was their mask. Little did he know, that his last choice was Selena. Will Nathan stop bullying her, or will he bully her more? Will her step-mother find out that she left the house? Will Selena get pulled out of Allenwood? What will her step-mother do to her? They worry about him because his personality has changed severely over the years, like he doesn't laugh or smile, and he doesn't talk much unless he absolutely has too. Through this story, he'll learn things about himself that he's never thought about; like the fact that he's gay. He didn't really find that out until he met Seth. At first, he never really thought about him, but then as he goes on, he begins to develop feelings for him like he'd never imagine. He runs into some trouble along the way but he stays strong with the help of Seth and with the help of his friends. He is surprised at how much love can change you whether it's for good or for worse.
