"Life is a journey but you do not have to travel it alone."- Not me. The world around me says to tear down your walls. But if you tear down these walls that have become supports in all of our day to day lives, how do you keep all of the parts of your life you support from crashing down on you. Its impossible. But its also impossible to be happy if you do not accept. If you do not come to peace with the things troubling you, when you take away the walls everything will crash down. Its inevitable. Its time to take away your ceiling, bit by bit. Its a daunting task. And once the ceiling is removed, the rain, thunder, snow, hurricanes, lightning, and other forces of nature are able to get to you more easily than ever before. You are exposed. But that is not as bad as it seems, for on clear nights, when everything and everyone holds their breaths, you can see the stars. Description: This is a random collection of poems, essays, short stories, and vignettes. This is my attempt at describing humanity, society, and the prospect of hope in times of pain. It is my effort to expose the inner workings of my mind. Some of this is current, other pieces of the collection were written years ago. Hear my voice. See my mind. Know my heart.

*COMPLETED* Over the years, I'd written many pieces of writing, and shared barely a fraction of them here. As of 2022, I found myself back here again, and in dire need of somewhere to write, and somewhere to share it. This is a collection of poems covering various states of emotion throughout a journey of healing, along with a few of my best from years before. I hope you all enjoy the journey I took through writing all of this.
