I sat at the cafeteria table my 5 year old baby knees sink into my chest as I sat into my chair its almost time for us to go home after our food and nap when a light tap filled my shoulders I swiftly turned around causing the little boy to jump back his wide blue eyes stare at me oops sorry I say its okay the little boy sticks his little hands in his pockets as his eyes train on the floor and a small blush creeps up his cheeks um hi looks up the blush deepens I'm Evan he says holding out his hand I blushed at the cute toothy smile Everest I say back at little me as I remember my 5 year old bad ass smirking self
