 Von O'Dwyer was a cruel and prideful man, the people he associated with played dirty and he was no better.  leaving  his home in Glasgow to head back to his childhood home to help his brother and the local police to catch the person who's been committing murder and treason. He has his own secrets , some that traveled  down the family  line.


Hayden Nyx McRae  finds her self in a position where her well-being falls into the hands of Von O'Dwyer. Can she trust this man to keep her out of harms way ? Or will he toss her into the fire?
His workers seem to have shady pasts and even more secrets   than he, is this really a the safe haven her father had mentioned so fondly   of?
