Lullaby

A young girl of 13 writes to her mother of terminating her treatment knowing her family will be distraught she leaves behind a journal of her painful days that she experienced.Broken hearted and depressed she opts to end her suffering at her own cost,and tries her utmost in coming to terms of the consequences.Sadly she fails and takes her fate into her own hands by accompanying death by sealing her fate and demise by a drug overdose. This short story captures the pain of how patients of various types of cancer feel as well as other patients with various diseases in struggling to confide with their loved ones when feeling guilt and various emotions especially pain.
