Jasmine Briggs is a Twenty year old woman who is the daughter of (you guessed it) Jackson Briggs. She is also Jacqueline Briggs' younger sister. She looks very different from Jacqui, so she knows they aren't related. Since she was born she had very unique powers and doesn't know why.
