Everyone has their secrets. The lady down the block writes smutty fanfiction about Leonard Nimoy. The man that shows up at the coffee shop every morning before work is having an affair. Some secrets are deeper than others. Some are as shallow as the girls who used to bully you in high school. Some as deep as the oceans below a ship's bow. In a city with masked vigilantes, two college students, Eira Stokes and Julian Drolme, are entertained by the happenings of the caped and cloaked crusaders. They enjoy arguing the morality of the cloak's actions and whether or not the cape is really justified in stopping them.
