I never thought it would end like this. Just two months ago, I was a regular girl in middle school doing my home work. Now, I'm fighting monsters and my life is about to end. I wish I could tell my parents what I did, but it's too late now. As far as anyone knows, I'm dead.
I can hear the monster as it's gaining more energy and as it is coming closer and closer to me. But, I can no longer move. My legs can scarcely carry me anymore and I can't keep running at this pace. I can feel myself slowing down. My vision is getting blurry and time is running out. The monster is about to reach me and I know today is going to be one of my last days being alive.
I tripped over a rock and I fell onto the dirt. The monster has finally reached me and it roared with laughter. It has finally caught its prey. I was not afraid. But, that doesn't mean I will be able to survive.
What have I done? Apparently, enough to be wanted dead by all the gods.
