Adrianne Prothero never imagined herself living the kind of life she has now. She has always loved her simple life with her mother. You see, it has always been just the two of them for as long as she can remember. They lived in a forest; away from the judgmental eye of society. She cared naught what was happening outside of their cozy home. Why should she when all she ever needed and wanted was there with her - her mother. That is, until all of that changed when a group of men came one day.

Vincent Colenutt was trained all his life to live a life that is different to the one he has now. He had always thought his path had already been determined. You see, he was taught to be a great leader for as long as he can remember. He lived with the only surviving family he had - his brother. Society expected so much from him and he intended to live up to their expectations. That is, until all of that changed when he stumbled upon a secret one day.

Both are out on a mission. But when their paths crossed, they are thrown into a bigger mystery. One that would force them to deal with a deadly past. A past that seems to be intent on coming back.
