Minecraft. The blocky world containing lurking menaces, elaborate cities, and wonderful creations. Four gods rule over this pristine land. Notch, as the king over it all. Steve and Alex, as the simple adventurers. And lastly, Herobrine, as the one who wants to destroy it all. The source of evil for Minecraft.
In this simple life of Steve's, he expects nothing extraordinary - and that's how he likes it. But one fateful day, extraordinary things happen. Things that Steve may have wished never happened.
In an erratic chain of events, evil begins to spread like nothing known before. Something more powerful, cynical, and deadlier than before. With this comes a new type of journey Steve must embark on that involves one from his past that he may not be prepared for.
He's coming back, and the terror is coming with.

He waved his hand in the air slowly to the side and the chains holding Herobrine disappeared and the cage opened. Herobrine dropped to the ground with an unsettling light thud. "You know you're name?" Notch asked. "N-no." Herobrine said without moving. "Your Hero. That one cliche of accidently stumbling in Herobrine's room and finding Herobrine naked will end up with Herobrine getting revenge on Steve. And that revenge...?
