Chloe is a perfect breed born in the Daycare Center of Hoenn and is trained up into a Gardevoir by her trainer Ben who intends to transport her to Kanto for breeding purposes, her DNA being most desired being a perfect breed and perfect stats. Chloe is raised to accept this fate and readies herself for her fate as a breeding Pokémon. Accidentally meeting a outgoing and mischievous Gengar however, changes everything when he refuses to let her suffer the fate she had so easily accepted. Having run away from her trainer, every human is after her for her genes and will stop at nothing to capture her. Unable to fight properly, Shadow, her newly acquired friend, must fight to protect her. But how will he be able to protect her not having thought of anyone else in his life before...? and what will his father think of his actions amongst the living...?
