Hijekinshyna is ruled by the Empire with an iron fist. The town is watched, and the wall guarding the city is closely watched by a dragon, surprisingly possessing intelligence. The dragon, or as the citizens call 'Kongbú', keeps an eye on what goes in and out.
Little do they know, a band of shapeshifters are working together to infiltrate the Empire and escape the walls.

A region on the fringes of an Dynasty undergoing a centuries long war against the forces of demons and abominations is slowly dying a somber and quiet death. A curse has surely fallen upon the people but none are sure how to begin to solve it. None except a visitor from a far off land wielding six swords with a blindfold over eyes that can no longer see. He claims that the truth of the curse that falls upon the land is in reality, the workings of a great beast colloquially called a Kaiju. Beasts so great in power and magnitude they affect the world around them simply by existing. Claiming to be a Kaiju Slayer, the people suffering from the curse have little hope but to put their trust into this man as he goes to gather allies to aid him in his quest to slay this Kaiju, though questions linger in the mind of many. Who is this man really, why does he hunt Kaiju with such a disadvantage against them, and what does he truly want with a beast of such strength and power?
