Being an introvert seems like a big enough burden. Also being shy doesn't lighten it in any form. Mai has to live with this every day. And it doesn't seem to get any better. All she wants to do as a new year of school begins is to disappear and get good grades. But then someone interferes with her plans and she has to manage new situations with a hella lot of new people. English isn't my first language. So I'll use this story to improve my skills. I'd be very pleased if you correct me or send me criticism. But please be kind. Thank you. I hope you enjoy it. And I hope that I will be able to update regularly <3

Samantha and Kei were neighbors and classmates for years. She has being in love with him for a while. So when his parents decided to move to Japan, Samantha was left with a broken heart. She worked so hard to get a scholarship to spend her last trimester of high school in Tokyo. But when she succeeded, she was surprised by a different Kei, cold and cruel. She didn't recognize her childhood friend anymore. Has she lost her first love forever? *************************** Our lips were locked for a while before I pulled away. When I did, the smirk on Kei's face had disappeared alright. My lips curled upward, happy with the reaction I got. But a few seconds later, Kei's smile almost split his face in two. The only thought I could hear in my head was 'What have I done?' "Well this only proves my theory of you being a pervert." The heat on my face was getting unbearable. "You know, this still doesn't answer my question, how much do you like me?"
