Different- 1) Not the same as another, or each other; Unlike in nature, form or quality. I thought being different was a good thing. You know, the whole 'Im not conforming to you' deal. Giants
Sarina Earth is past saving, but to save the human race, six ships leave the planet to start over. Everything about them is designed to kill, so it's only a matter of time. Even if I have to do it on my own, I will find my way back to the ship that brought us here and leave this planet. Tarvik Getting called into an emergency meeting isn't how I would choose to spend the afternoon, but as Commander, I'm obligated to attend. Small beings landed on our planet, and per my king's orders- We're keeping them. Prologue: Earth has found out they're not alone in the universe. An alien species have contacted Earth, giving them a chance to be protected by the aliens out there that threatens the universe. They inform them that there are in fact thousands of alien species out there. The alien race, who calls themselves Opsidians, offer Earth a chance at competing in the Games, a televised reality competition game they host. In order to win the protection, Earth will have to send a tribute to the Games. They know little to nothing about the Games or these alien species. But after consideration, they don't see the harm in sending one. And realise it might be their only chance.Complete

Survival in space was our only option. The dying earth and its sickly inhabitants forced us to flee to the stars. My father, the commander of the elite group chosen to live amongst the stars, brought me along for the journey.
