Clary Fray has a dark past that threatens to harm those she cares most for, she has already lost her mother, how will she cope knowing she could be the cause of others death. When Clary witness her mother's murder she must live with the Lightwoods temporarily which includes the famous Jace Wayland.
Jace Wayland is the sarcastic jerk but he soon changes his ways as he lays eyes on Clary Fray, the shy and extremely beautiful teen. Her emerald eyes enticed him in the moment they made eye contact. Some people would call it love at first sight whereas he believes it's their fate to be together and he won't let anything come between them, not even Clary's mother's murderer.
Don't worry it gets more cheerful as chapters pass.
