My Greatest Experiment (Skelebros' Origin Story)
After much research and theorizing, I've decided that I'm going to attempt it. It's risky, but I'm so desperate at this point that I'm willing to put my own well being on the line. Written: May 10th, 2017--June 22nd, 2017 reposted from my AO3, anonemones; contains both part one and part two. After a year of living on the surface, monsters and humans have gotten along well, with (mostly) everyone adjusting to the many changes without much trouble. However, events take a strange turn when Sans and Papyrus--both of whom have been acting unlike themselves--go missing, supposedly without a trace. In their place are two monsters who go by the names of Wingdings and Aster, twins, claiming to be the lost Royal Scientist. Everyone is thrown for a loop, especially as nobody remembers a Wingdings or Aster--or, as they claim to be, "Dr. Gaster"--nor do they remember a Royal Scientist before Alphys. And with Sans and Papyrus missing, things don't look good for either of the boys. As their friends search for the missing skeletons, Wingdings and Aster work together to uncover what's happened while they were gone, as well as what might've caused everyone to forget them in the first place. But, trouble lurks within the shadows, as the Void closes in on them once again--refusing to let go of what belongs to it. Undertale x male reader - Reborn
The one that made it the furthest in the underground, perseverance. Perseverance had beaten almost all of the monsters in the underground from papyrus to sans and undyne but ultimately couldn't finish the task of beating asgore and so his soul was took from him. However, years went by and his soul was left in the underground along with the other six after Frisk had broke the barrier but this changed when gaster had finally been freed from his hell

(THIS IS VERY AU BASED. ASGORE / TORIEL ARE TOGETHER AND ASRIEL IS ALIVE. CW OF ABUSE / CHILD ABUSE, TRAUMA, AND DARK THEMES ARE PRESENT) It's almost been a decade since the war of the humans and the monsters had ended and five years after Chara's death. Centuries of conflict have left the Underground in a state of repair and despair. But, only hope remains for the Dreemurrs to fix the problem with the barrier without killing humans, as Asgore has promised to find a way to fix this with the help of his scientists. But, how can Asgore juggle both his duties as a king and to his family? Another problem arises when a human child mysteriously falls out of nowhere with strange abilities attached to him that make him very unpredictable. They sealed the monsters underground with a magic spell. Sam is a neutral name so it should be fine. - NOTE: All lines with this symbol " * " is going to be in Wing Ding font in the final release of the book.
