I have been a punching bag for those around me,  male, female, young, old, it didn't matter, if there was a problem they all took it out on me. I was no longer a person, hell I was less than a pet, I was simply a piece of trash someone forget to throw out.  Now don't get me wrong, it wasn't always like this, I had loving parents and was quite popular with my pack members, I guess you could say I was one of those people who was friends with everyone, no my life wasn't always like this. It all started the day I turned 13, the day I lost my parents, my friends, my pack, and the last day I ever spoke. 

It's been 5 years since then, I am now 18 and I have finally had enough of being a punching bag, of being treated as less human and as a piece of trash. I have made my escape and I am on the run, I guess now I would be considered a rouge but I don't care because I am free, finally free. 

Now this isn't a story about my past or my abuse, though I still have obstacles in front of me and I fear those memories my never leave, no this is a story of how I not only survived, but how I LIVED. 

This is the story of an 18 year old girl who chose to live, who found friends in unlikely places, love just around the corner and finally learned that we cannot change our past but we can choose our future.
