It has been troubling times for the RESISTANCE. It has been five years since the STARKILLER base was destroyed by Resistance pilots. However, the FIRST ORDER has risen from their ashes.
Supreme Leader Snoke and Kylo Ren successfully negotiated with a new species of robots, Asarians, to join and fight with them. Together, they are in creation of a new base, the STARKILLER II. Now, the MUSTAFAR SYSTEM has been taken over by them. Without the help of Jedi Padawan, Rey, and her master, Luke Skywalker, whom are on the DAGOBAH SYSTEM, the Resistance is in tumultuous danger. Rey must stop the First Order and fulfill the Prophecy that Anakin Skywalker did not finish . . .

Based on Star Wars ep. VII: The Force Awakens. "You... you're afraid." I say looking back at him defyingly. "That you'll never be as strong as Darth Vader." I say his hand moving away from me instantly and he takes a step back finally my body gets released from his hold. I notice the expression from his face breaking completely, he is confused even rattled. I breathe heavily and keep staring back at him proud of myself as he picks up his mask and exits the room leaving me tied up to the interrogation chair. How was I able to do all of that? ------ This book is part 1 of my rewrite series. I figured that if If I wanted to rewrite TLJ and TROS the only correct way would be by also doing TFA so here is that. Also, this book is going to be very similar to the movie to a point where it is almost identical but since it's written with different points of views we get to know more about the characters and where they come from. It is very canon compliant especially when talking about the different character backstories. That being said, this doesn't mean that the next two books are going to be the exact same as the movies I want to take the other books in a completely different way. But as a relatively untrained Jedi, she will not be able to find balance in the Force when she cannot find balance within herself. With whispers of Palpatine's return, the Dark side has been growing stronger and stronger every day. Will she be able to defeat them or will the pull to the Dark be enough to turn her and cause a different ending to the war? *This is an alternative universe that takes place just before/during the events of the Rise of Skywalker. There will be some things that could be similar to the film, but I will be changing quite a bit. There are many items and powers that exist in TROS that I personally do not feel make sense, so they will be omitted (The dagger, lightspeed skipping, Anakin's saber, to name a few).
