The characters of the guys in both the Ghost Bird and the Scarab Beetle teams and Sang herself are the creations of CL Stone, as is the Academy. Other characters are my own, including some characters introduced in The Patient. Events that unfolded in The Patient are referenced and up through the time Sang goes to college will be roughly the same, although not identical.
