With only 2 billion people left in the world the meteor releases a radioactive emotion that kills people as they breath. People that breathed in certain gasses survive bringing the population to about 2 million . To raise human populations the government passes a law that once a child can produce children they must be paired married and produce children. Cleo is one of the few survivors and is incurious with this law. Why can't she just marry someone she loves? To make matters worse scientist create a twin solution that would rise population even faster. They wouldn't be saying their idea was brilliant if they had to do it.
