7 year old Sparrow was stolen from her family, injected with weird injections by mad scientists, and locked away in a huge solitary confinement cell. Her cell is full of wild animals and many dangers.
11 years later Sparrow is thriving in her cell and has exceeded her captors expectations. When the U.S.A. Army gets word of Sparrow they send a rescue mission to save her. She is taken from her cell and brought to a foster home to be adopted by Henry Baker, the man who first found her. Henry and his family, 19 year old Luca, 8 year old Shane and Henry's wife Sasha, soon find out that after 11 years of never interacting with other humans outside of a lab Sparrow is animalistic and distrustful.
Sparrow's captors will stop at nothing to get her back, for she is no longer human due to their injections. Sparrow has evolved into a creature unlike any other. She calls herself a Lyrakam, the mythical creature her mother would tell her stories about.
