It is about a family of Predacons that crashed landed on Earth. They were all in a cave where there was shelter and enough Energon that can feed their two Sparklings, a mech and a femme. They all lived happily until they were attacked by Megatron's forces and both the parents perished leaving the two Sparklings alone to die. The Autobots drive the decepticons away from earth. They flee away, but the victory is short-lived, as a new threat approaches earth.
