Corrie Eaton is having a really bad week. She just started a new job at the top inter-species PR agency in New York City, and her first week on the job, she's already had a number of mishaps--most notably, almost starting a magical war of epic proportions.
When she meets her first client--the mysterious and obnoxiously good-looking Vampire Rossi ("Ross" for short)--things continue to go downhill. The vampires are harboring a secret that could turn into a public relations nightmare. Confronted with a major ethical dilemma, Corrie has to get to the bottom of the issue, or ask herself if she's really cut out to be a spin doctor.
